Steve and Justin handled the sale of our home expertly. Their process is very efficient and effective. Steve produced impressive brochures and promotional materials, another friend in real estate even commented how nice they were. Most importantly, he got the right people in the door and minimized the number of times we had to show the home. He was also very responsive any time we had questions. We sold well above asking and were able to achieve optimal results based on the current market. Additionally, to note, Steve also helped us sell our first home 5 years ago, we can definitely trust him to get the job done!

First person that came to my mind when we were in the planning stages about us selling our house was Steve. We don’t know him personally, neither was he a referral. Steve was ON IT from the get-go. The day my house was ready, he went and took photos and posted the listing shortly after. He knows the sweet spot to list houses at, where it creates excitement from buyers. There was an offer on my house within hours of posting. I actually got over asking price because of his negotiation skills, which was incredible and unexpected. So appreciative of Steve and how much he did for me! He responded to my questions right away and the whole process was so easy, really quite a relief. Escrow closed quickly, and the escrow company he uses was quick and on it as well. Steve is truly an expert in the Lake Balboa area. If you're looking to buy around here, he's your guy. We had started our home buying process with another agent and it was like night and day when we decided to switch over to Steve representing us. Steve was incredibly responsive, helpful, and immediately took action to help us find a home. We were under some tough circumstances (living 300+ miles away and needing to move quickly) and he made it all happen... pretty incredible. We now live in a home we absolutely love and I'm so grateful. We wouldn't not be here without Steve, he's the best.

Steve is a rare agent and although he was the seller's agent, I wish he had been my agent because he is very pleasant to deal with and more importantly delivers what he promises. I had several issues with the house I bought and he was supportive for every single one of them, opening up his rolodex and helping me to resolve them. He didn't have to do this, but had given me his word when I bought the house. Steve is a GEM of knowledge and one of the very few agents I would trust if I sold my property or decided to buy a new one.

Working with Steve on the sale of my property was amazing as he was able to place my home under contract for 15k above the asking price within 5 days.The escrow process was vertually effortless with Steve’s guidence, knowledge and wealth of experience in real estate,as the escrow process occurred exactly the way Steve had explained it would. Steve was able negotiate the sale of existing and purchase of my new home simeltanously so that I was able to remain in my home allowing the purchase property homeowners to do the same. Not to mention that Steve was also able to negotiate a 15k counter offer less than the highest offer presented to the seller for the purchase property. Amazing!!! Before contracting with Steve, I interviewed with Purple Bricks realty and was not comfortable with the lack of experience that the agents there had and their inability to present the company’s approach and success rate with any sense of confidience. I do not believe that Purple Bricks would have been able to pull off what Steve was able to negotiate. Steve on the other hand was very thorough. He provided me with his background and years of experience along with the company’s success rate which made me confident that Steve was confident with his abilties and company’s success. In this crazy market it’s good to have someone who is thorough, considerate and hard working. There was never a time that he and his team weren’t there for us when we had questions and concerns. Steve is the King of Lake Balboa, where I recently sold my home. I met Steve years ago, not long after I had moved into my home, and had always seen him, and his 'For Sale' signs all over the neighborhood. Due to some life events and starting over, I decided to sell my house on a whim and Steve made it happen with a blink of an eye. He was, and still is, always available to me, he makes time for his clients and is the hardest working realtor I have ever experienced in my time as a homeowner, and I've owned four homes in the last 16 years. If you are a seller, PLEASE consider Steve, you will not be sorry. He's not only personable and compassionate with all of his clients, but he's also honest and not looking to make a quick commission or sale. If you're a buyer, use Steve! My daughter is a first time homebuyer. We live in another town trying to help. We were lucky to have chosen a house that had Steve as the agent. He walked us through the process was available at all hours. He has a very professional yet personal team assembled that helped us with the loan process, with inspections, appraisals even a yard maintenance. If you want someone who goes above and beyond what is normal in the industry and want personal service and someone who looks after your interests Steve Neuman and his team can't be beat.

We just closed sale on my condo 2 days ago, but I had first contacted Steve in April to discuss the possible sale. He didn't brush me off, but took it very seriously and gave me his professional opinion on sale price after checking initial comps in the area. He also recommended that I give my tenants at the time 60 days notice as to not upset them and give them ample time to move out. Everything went very smoothly. In that time I obtained a HELOC, and as soon as the tenants moved out I renovated the condo. Steve was very patient throughout the entire process, and was there for me when I had a mini-breakdown over paint colors lol. He stuck with us the entire process, and as soon as the condo was ready he started showing the place. Within 5 days we had three offers! Two at asking price, and one $5K above asking. All through escrow he made himself available and always gave me status updates. After inspection the buyer submitted a long list of improvements, and Steve advised me what we should do and what we should counter. The buyer accepted and all went well. We did have an issue right at the end of escrow with plumbing, and he did not allow the buyer's plumber to make the final assessment. He brought in someone he works with frequently and trusts. Not only did we not have to cut into the wall after all (extremely stressful when you've paid so much to have the place painted and should be closing in a matter of days!) But the bill was very reasonable. The plumber came out on emergency notice and did all the work that day. It saved us all a lot of time, trouble, and money which I sincerely appreciate. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone. And if we ever need to buy or sell in LA County, we'll definitely be calling him.

Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with, he not only helped us find the home of our dreams, he spent the time to inquire about events that had taken place with our family. As stressful as it became with trying to find the perfect home, he remained patient and never gave up. He shared his thoughts when requested and was never pushy. I have been acquainted with Steve Newman since I first bought my house in September 2000. He has consistently stopped by my house and gave away a scratch pad, and I kept his name handy. When I was ready to sell my house in Fall of 2016, he gave a sound advice on a selling strategy. After a few months when there was no activity and offer, Steve suggested an alternate strategy. I concluded that Steve is very knowledgeable and authority in the Real Estate Market. I adopted his advice and it worked.

Our experience with Steve was very positive. He staged two open houses, marketed on multiple internet sites, worked with well with buyers' agents and got us 3 offers in less than 3 weeks. We sold for more than the listing price. He worked with us on how to answer questions about the house and the neighborhood (basically, just be honest) and never tried to cut corners. I've seen his signs on lawns in our Lake Balboa neighborhood for years and years and after using him, I see why. We would highly recommend him.

This is a review for Steve Neuman at Park Regency. My wife and I chose Steve as our agent to sell our Lake Balboa home. We were familiar with his activity in our area for buyers and sellers so we met with him. He gave us great comps and median values based on houses in our area that were renovated and original. Our house was somewhere in the middle. We came up with a plan with Steve and it was executed very well. He answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns and the sale went flawlessly. Photography, on line marketing, great advice and a wonderful open house. We were sold in no time. It was a fantastic experience to work with him. We will recommend him to friends and look forward to working with him in the future.

I've had a long run of working with incompetent realtors but that finally ended when I found Steve on Zillow. He has extensive knowledge on real estate including short sales, probate, REOs, flipping properties, etc. He even has personal experience with residential construction and remodeling, and therefore, has established a good network of contacts in many different industries. In other words, he is a good person to know!! He is responsive and patiently answers my many questions (very tough to find nowadays). I have already purchased two properties with Steve and would gladly recommend him.

Steve was phenomenal. I was referred to him by a close friend and three days after our initial contact we were putting in an offer on a home, an offer that was accepted the very next day - unheard of in LA. Steve helped my wife and I buy and sell our first home, in Lake Balboa, and we could not recommend him more. Steve has always been very responsive to phone and email questions which helps make the sale of a home so much easier.
